Each year the HiRange team cleans the windows at Raheen, the Pratt family’s landmark Melbourne property. It is one of the most recognisable private homes in the city, and it is one of our favourite jobs on the calendar.
The scale
This is not a Saturday morning house clean. Raheen takes the coordination of ten employees and three boom lifts across five full days. There is an enormous volume of glass to work through, spread across a large and architecturally detailed property.
The standard
Volume is only half the story. Every single pane has to be cleaned to the meticulous standard the client expects, with no streaks, no missed edges, and no shortcuts.
