Description of Work
This quote refers to a home with a 'standard' amount of glass i.e 1-3 panes per room.  More than standard may incur an additional charge.   Most windows simply have a build-up of dust and airborne debris which blocks out light and looks grimy and unclean.  It is amazing how light, bright and clean your space can look after a professional window clean!  
What is included in your service:  
  • Wash and squeegee dry each individual window pane
  • Cloth dry the edges of each window pane to prevent water dribbles and ensure a neat, clean appearance
  • Wipe clean window ledges and window frames
  • Remove cobwebs from on and around each window frame
  • Remove, wipe clean and re-install flyscreens
  • We will access your windows by Foot, Ladder or Waterfed Pole (or a combination).
  What is not included in your service Unless otherwise stated in your service inclusions, the removal of any oxidisation/calcification or staining (including hard water stains), glue/sticky tape residue, silicon, paint, cement, plaster, render, or any item associated with a construction or renovation process is not included in this Quote.  Please advise of this situation and we can quote accordingly.   Removal of debris or dust/dirt build-up within tracks or 'excessive' dirt/grime/build-up on glass or frames will be Quoted additionally.   We will do our best but we may not be able to safely remove fly-screens that are jammed or screwed in.   Engaging any form of trade services including window cleaning, acknowledges the impact that cleaning equipment and products may have, particularly where wear and tear/age may have a deteriorating effect on the property.  Whilst we are fully insured and take every precaution and care, we cannot bear responsibility for incidental damage caused to weakened fixtures or fittings within the property.  For example brittle fly screens, brittle curtain cords, brittle blind chains, fragile garden pots etc.   Acceptance of this Quote constitutes consent to the above terms and conditions.
