Customer satisfaction would be my first positive response to Hirange. They are very responsive since the owner himself would contact and communicate with his customers professionally. I can’t imagine cleaning 30 feet of glasses standing 30 feet using a ladder. But Hirange have modern tools to be able to get those high places with ease. At the same time aiming for the high quality output that they have been doing for years. Sometimes I forget we have windows due to its clear outcome.

I have to let go of my previous provider. They are no longer consistent with the kind of output that they use to deliver. And Considering that I am one of the longest loyal customers that they have they don't go extra mile to get things done. And I also noticed that I get late responses or replies from my emails and phone calls which I think they are understaffed in terms of customers service. Not like before that I get assisted in an instant after a certain query or email which is very convenient to me and to other customers that they have. My window racks are also getting ignored and there was an instance that I end up drying some of my them which was really disappointing at my end. At the moment I am currently satisfied with how Hirange is taking care of my windows and I have been their customer for 2 years now. Everything haven't change when it comes to punctuality so they are also consistent of being professional.
